Abstract
We propose a new model for on-chain privacy in which privacy decisions are no longer binary toggles chosen by the user, but contextual judgments produced by an intelligent privacy engine embedded within the wallet itself. Existing privacy solutions force users into all-or-nothing modes: either fully transparent like standard wallets, or fully anonymous like Monero and Zcash.
Neither approach scales to mainstream adoption, because most users lack the expertise to determine when privacy is necessary, and the friction of choosing it transaction-by-transaction is prohibitive. AnonProof introduces a five-level privacy system—Public, Pseudo-Private, Private, Ghost, and Selective—managed automatically by an on-chain AI engine that evaluates recipient reputation, transaction value, and user intent.
